" This well presented three bed semi is located within a pretty cul de sac close to great schools, amenities and walks with the family pet. There is a side path leading around to the front garden which is enclosed by a stone wall and hedge offering a good degree of privacy. There is a garage and single driveway.

Directions
From Marsh Mills continue along Plymouth Road and take the right hand slip to go up Cot Hill. At the top of Cot Hill turn left and at the mini roundabout take the second exit. At the end of the junction turn right and the property can be found after some distance on the right hand side.
